How to apply the offer
The discount is automatically applied at the “special” fare level. The discount applies to the base fare, accommodation supplements, pets, and accompanying vehicles.
The discount does not apply to fixed fees, EU ETS costs, or onboard services such as meals, wellness center, wi-fi, and pets in cabin, nor to insurance premiums.
Offer combination
The promotion can be combined with other active offers at the time of booking, with agreements/partnerships/other discount codes, and with the residents’ fare, unless otherwise specified in the application conditions.
Ticket cancellation and changes
The discount is not retroactive: it only applies to new bookings and is not valid for tickets issued before the start of the offer.
Applying the offer results in the issuance of a special fare ticket, which is non-refundable but can be modified under the applicable conditions.
*Under Directive (EU) 2023/959, maritime transport has been included in the European Union Emissions Trading System (“EU ETS”). Starting from January 1, 2024, the ticket price includes, for each passenger and each vehicle, an item called ‘EU ETS costs’, with an amount varying depending on the route, non-discountable and non-refundable. Public service routes are currently excluded from the EU ETS system (from Naples and Palermo to Cagliari and vice versa; from Civitavecchia to Arbatax and Cagliari and vice versa).
